Hello and welcome to the website of St. Michael's National School, Corcaghan, Stranooden, Co. Monaghan. I hope that you enjoy finding out about our school, and enjoy looking at examples of our school work and activities. At St. Michael's we aim to provide a caring, happy and fun environment where each child can fulfil his/ her potential. We strive to provide a broad curriculum full of rich and varied learning opportunities. We very much value the role that sport, music and drama play in the wholesome development of children. We are a very proud Green and Active School, with multiple flags awarded.
On this site you can have a look around our school building. We do lots of different sports, including GAA, soccer and swimming. You can admire our brilliant stories, our interesting projects and our colourful artwork. You will be able to see the activities that take place in our school during the year.
